We take bookings via the telephone, e-mail or in person at the centre.

If you are a non member and have not booked with us before we will require your full contact details, your Doctor’s name and contact details and an emergency contact’s details.

Non members can book up to 7 days in advance but must pay when making the booking.

 

Booking Terms & Conditions:
Members can book their tows up to 14 Days in advance and can hold up to 20 advance booking.Non-Members can book their tows up to 7 Days in advance and hold up to 4 advance booking.Advance payment is required for all bookings.48 hours notice of cancellation is required. If less than 48 hours notice is received we will endeavour to sell the slot on but if unsuccessful it will be charged for in full.

The management reserve the right to cancel and re-arrange bookings at short notice if conditions are unsafe e.g. lightning and hailstone.

It is in the best interest of everyone to be organised and on time so please ensure you arrive and check in with reception at least 30 minutes before your first slot, failure to do so may result in the time slot being lost without compensation.

Each hour is split into 4 off 15 minute slots. The time begins on the hour and every 15 minute interval there after. The Boat will start its return to the dock in sufficient time so that it is ready for the next slot. If the next person requires a change of crew or ballast etc. this time taken is as part of their slot.

ORGANISED GROUP BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE TAKEN DURING PEAK TIMES OF EVENINGS AND WEEK-ENDS IN THE SUMMER MORE THAN 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE.
